John T. Hundley has more than 39 years of legal experience in civil litigation, business transactions, creditors’ rights, equitable remedies, administrative proceedings, enforcement of judgments, and other legal matters. He has published works in a variety of prestigious legal journals, which are cited by courts and relied upon by practitioners throughout the country.
A litigator, Hundley is admitted to all Illinois courts, including all districts of the state’s federal courts, and to the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
A former partner with the international law firm of Mayer, Brown & Platt, Hundley routinely is honored with the profession’s highest ratings for both legal ability and ethical standards.
He has the highest possible ratings from the Martindale-Hubbell organization, is included in its Bar Register of Preeminent Attorneys, is a SuperLawyer, and is a member of the Leading Lawyers Network. ·
Hundley is legal counsel to and a member of the board of directors of the Jefferson County Development Corporation. He formerly was Rotarian of the Year for Southern Illinois and was awarded the Pro Bono Service Award by the Chicago Bar Association.
