Civil litigation -the resolution of disputes through non-criminal court processes -is a major part of the practice of Sharp-Hundley, P.C.

Firm President John T. Hundley has been inducted into the prestigious Litigation Counsel of America and formerly taught pretrial civil litigation at the DePaul University College of Law. He has written extensively on litigation topics, and is admitted to all the state and federal courts in Illinois.

Among the areas in which the firm litigates are creditors’ rights (both in and outside of bankruptcy), commercial law, contracts, equitable remedies, judgment enforcement, replevin, insurance coverage, and real estate matters. The firm also has experience in environmental litigation, antitrust, and acting as local counsel.

The firm also offers services in the related areas of arbitration and mediation.

The firm does not accept family law cases.
